Recognizing TRUTH… in 5 Steps

How do you recognize and trust what is Truth? With so much conflicting information available to us on every imaginable topic, how do you discern what is Truth, what is fabricated, or just confused half truths?

Here are 5 simple steps to recognizing TRUTH.

Recognizing Truth

1. Go to the SOURCE

The easiest way is to go to Source.

Truth is actually an energy, a formula and a principle of Source. Before it is articulated into specific information or “fact”, it is an energy and a specific frequency.

Because it is an energy, it can bypass the human mind and organically be registered by the body and spirit for confirmation. Many times we “feel” the Truth of something and cannot even explain it. We just “know” it is right.

The more you are connected to Source, the easier it becomes to recognize TRUTH. It plugs you directly into the main power hub of its distribution throughout our Universe, free of any human interpretation or manipulation.

It re-aligns you directly with the Truth of your Divine Self and Blueprint. By calibrating ourselves to this Divine hook-up, it is immensely easier to know and recognize Truth.

2. Trust You Have Direct Access

Each of us now have this direct access. For millennia, we looked to certain individuals to bring through and access Truth for us. Whether it was our guru, priest, rabbi or teacher, most did not feel we had the ability or even permission to know the greatest and highest Truths of the Universe.

But we are living in a New Reality and each of us now has our own private line to God, Source and all the wisdom and intelligence of the Universe.

What makes it even more amazing is that each of us has our own unique and intuitive way of discerning Truth. The trick is to recognize and hone your body and energy field to become a precise tuning fork for the frequency of Truth.

3. Refine Your Beliefs

Part of this refining process is about becoming conscious of the many voices and at times, beliefs, that we have taken on from family, school, authority, media and religion about what we hold as truth.

Most of us are living from a collection of beliefs that are really not even our own. We have absorbed them unconsciously and made them the foundation of our reality.

As we ask to experience and awaken more to our Divine Selves and our truth barometer, we may notice that we question more of our thoughts and long-held perceptions.

We begin to look at them through a different lens and find that some feel a bit flimsy. We become more apt to notice the beliefs that keep us small, limited, stuck and realize they are old, false and no longer serve us.

And with this clarity, it becomes easier to lean into more of our innate knowing of who we are and what resonates within us as Truth.

4. Recognize Your Way Of Experiencing Truth

Becoming aware of our way of attuning to Truth is a very personal experience. I have many clients who get goose bumps or chills when they hear Truth.

Their body reacts to the energy with an immediate physical indicator. Others will involuntarily feel themselves pause and the mind grow quiet.

The merging with Truth takes them to a different part of themselves that is deep and integral to who they are and they experience a type of re-set. Many have an emotional reaction and tear-up as the Truth vibrates through them and is recognized (or THEY feel recognized).

Paying attention to the way your body and spirit respond to Truth can become a very powerful personal tool from which to move through life.

By attuning our physical, mental and emotional self to Truth, we grow in self-trust, as we no longer need to look outside ourselves for answers.

5. Activate and Align with the Truth Frequency

As we connect with Source, re-align with those beliefs that are resonant with who we really are, and notice our unique response to TRUTH, we activate and align to the frequency of TRUTH within us and in our cells.

We activate our own expression and with it remember more of the TRUTH of who we really are…

Pure Source Consciousness experiencing itself in a fantastically unique human expression.

And with this remembrance, LIFE unfolds into the rich, flowing and joyful experience it was meant to be. We trust ourselves and fine tune our intuitive knowing until it becomes a clear and powerful guide.

How to Hone Your Bliss Instinct: a Guide to Following Your Bliss

true_blissBy: Indra / Source: Wake Up World

Ponder this thought for a moment: Planet earth is a video game. Consider that we are all are here to “win” the game of life, or rather get to mastery skill levels, and to slay the proverbial dragons we encounter with our incredible agility, mental acuity, and wit.

All along the journey there are traps to lead us astray, as well as important clues, signs, and road maps. We are provided only one tool to distinguish between the traps and the clues, to determine which is leading us to victory and true survival, and which to our demise.

Perhaps you’d agree that it would be no fun if this tool were easy to use. Otherwise if too simple, we would find a need to program into the game varying levels of complexity.

In order to accomplish this, we adopt a multi-layered feeling-based tool known as intuition, or radar, or our gut feeling. The basic premise is that when you feel certain things, it’s a “green light”, and when you feel others, it’s a “red light”.

Following your bliss

When Joseph Campbell said “follow your bliss”, I doubt he realized his simplistic suggestion actually decoded a highly sophisticated tool. Indeed, following your intuition — your Bliss Instinct — is a science.

I call it the language of the soul. Those of us who have worked on honing it have come know a higher rate of being “right” about things, people, circumstances, and situations. I call it a “right rate”.

Do you or someone you know have an astronomically high right rate? Have you experienced this phenomenon over time and watched it prove itself consistently? What makes you or another person perform with this degree of rightness?

Although your first response may be “they are more intuitive or more enlightened, smarter even”, I have come to a different conclusion based on my personal experience.

I believe we all have the same brand of intuition. Let’s call it “Bliss Instinct” for a second. Like any tool, the skill level of the user does have a strong influence. Yet one underestimated factor that I’ve seen is the state of the physical body that is deciphering the Bliss Instinct.

It is the difference between going through an obstacle course with eyes wide open, or through the course with a blindfold on.

The density and toxicity that we often collect and accumulate in our physical bodies actually blocks access to our glands. For example, the pineal gland is the center for knowing.

It’s our “third eye”. Once we “know” something, it still has to go through a series of other challenges before it is manifested.

Said more fully, you may have a very pure pineal gland, but your thyroid or adrenals are blocked, and they are responsible for speaking your truth and personal power. Your actions and delivery may become blocked, and so the intuition never gets acted upon.

Do you see the correlation? It is important to detoxify all aspects of our body.

Here’s the fact of the matter: Purifying the body and losing its density is directly related to being an effective human being on Planet Blue. Your Bliss Instinct/intution at its best will go to the full range of all of the glands in the body before it outputs a result.

A result, having come about after it had been run through the innate intelligence of all of the glands, has a much greater chance of being correct. In other words, it has been “signed off” by all your systems.

You have literally tapped into every form of intelligence you inherently have access to.

Higher glands like the pineal, pituitary, thyroid, and nervous system are often blocked by subtle frequencies like electromagnetic pollution, mercury, flouride, plastics, other chemicals and toxins.

The adrenals and the pancreas often get covered up by fat deposits, cellulite, and toxins which guard their ability to feel and to deliver the subtle messages of the language of the soul.

The toxins also bind with fats and create dense masses of inorganic matter within the body, which ultimately block the flow of this beautiful intelligence.

Here are my top 3 gland cleansing tricks:

Detoxification of the body:

With ancient tools used for centuries by yogis and Chinese masters. Any tools that stand the test of time are, indeed, effective. (My favorite of them is fulvic acid).

DNA activation of glands:

As we discovered the power of the glands, we have discovered simple and effective techniques to activate them. (To learn more, please see: DNA Activation: a Secret to Personal Transformation.)

Change of lifestyle:

Once you hear the voice of your “Higher Octave”, you can’t go back. It is simply so much more intelligent that your own wisdom – with a dash of magic and epiphany! It will astound you in the beginning, yet you’ll get used to the excitement! :)

This to me is the willing alchemy in this game called Life. Know your enemy, yet also know that you are the Ultimate! The rest are just obstacles in the game designed for us to see, recognize, and decode, and that’s where all the fun is!

10 Life Lessons from Forrest Gump

Yes, Forrest Gump was one very wise man. Here are ten life lessons from the character that Tom Hanks made famous back in 1994.

1. Donate. Forrest’s mama said, “There’s only so much fortune one man needs, the rest is just showing off.” Keep what’s serving you, and let go of what is not.

2. Heed good advice. “Run Forrest, Run!” Those who love us are good at pointing out our strengths. They may take you far – like across the country.

3. Keep your promises. Forrest kept his promise to Bubba to open a shrimping business, and it eventually benefitted Forrest, Lieutenant Dan and Bubba’s family.

4. Let the universe take care of you. No matter where Forrest was in his life, he never was one to worry.

5. Be loyal to your friends. Love unconditionally. “Bubba was my best good friend, and even I know you can’t just find that around the corner.”

6. Pray. To whomever you pray to, and one day, when the time is right, all the shrimp that you need will appear.

7. See the glass half full. “The good part about being shot in the buttocks was the ice cream,” Forrest said. “They gave me all the ice cream I could eat.”

8. See the world with fresh eyes. Forrest’s innocence helped him see people without judgment. Practice seeing the world through innocent eyes.

9. Listen to your body. Forrest ran for a long time, but one day, he just felt like stopping, and he stopped. “When I got tired, I slept. When I got hungry, I ate. When I had to go, you know, I went.” Nuff said.

10. Don’t be anxious, have faith that everything will work out! “Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.”

The True Nature of Healing – Working with Universal Life Energy

reiki-healing-the-worldBy: Openhand / Source: Wake Up World

There’s a natural flow to life beyond judgement of good and bad. It creates circumstances for our optimal spiritual evolution. It’s what a soul yearns for at the deepest levels.

It is here right now for every single one of us if we choose it. There are no mistakes on the spiritual journey, only experiences that invite us to discover the meaning of existence and to unveil the soul.

Each time we feel constricted or out of sorts, is a powerful opportunity to learn something deeper. With each layer we peel away, inner peace unfolds as we realign more with the flow of higher consciousness.

The more we peel away and let go, the more remember who we are from a place of wholeness beyond concepts…

Nothing on the journey happens by chance. Everything is part of a divine orchestration. So if healing is to be truly effective, then above all, we are invited to embrace the deeper meaning of our circumstance.

To me, spiritual healing is the return to wholeness at a soul level or in other words, the remembrance and integration of who we truly are. By ‘remembrance’ I mean at an energetic rather than an intellectual level.

True spiritual healing takes us to the root cause, that will unravel our blockages at all other levels (physical, emotional, psychological). We fully heal an aspect of ourselves when it is healed on all levels from karmic through to physical.

How does healing happen?

In true healing – as I experience it – a vibration of pure soul resounds outwards, simply being true to its own nature. This frequency can resound from a person or other sentient life form (such a a tree or animal).

When a person is ready, this vibration will inspire the remembrance of the same depth of universal life energy within them. Once the frequency is remembered at a soul level, then ‘healing’ happens naturally from within.

The person then vibrates a similar resonant frequency themselves, which unravels exactly what they are ready for.

As human beings we might feel that this is too simple or that we aren’t doing anything much at all. Our true power is veiled earlier in the journey.

True power of energy is beyond concepts, beyond ‘doing’ and mind led intention. We can’t really underestimate the energy of the resounding soul, reminding us who we truly are and inspiring us back to wholeness.

Which camp?

I’d say there are main two camps in the spiritual healing world.

1. The first is about empowering others to get up, awaken and open their eyes. It does not violate free will. It may at times be soft and gentle, it may be at other times be incredibly tough.

Yet, it seeks only to remind us who we truly are and to inspire our own soul to animate our beingness in this world.

2. The other camp owns benevolence for its self and thereby creates something it is not. It creates an alternative reality to escape from the world that we wish to leave behind.

It may appear like evolution or spiritual healing. It just forms another illusionary bubble. Perhaps a more desirable one, but a bubble none-the-less, isolating us from full self realisation.

We have a choice and have to decide for ourselves which camp we are in and what serves us best. I’m not here to convince anybody. We can only see how we feel and resonate about what is presented for ourselves.

The law of karma

If we ‘take away’ the pain and suffering of another person, the karma that created it in the first place, will simply recreate it in another form.

That’s the same with anything. If we have a physical or emotional injury, that is notionally ‘healed’ and the original energetic source of disharmony is still there, then the injury will reform again somehow (if not physically then perhaps even emotionally or psychologically).

Nobody (no matter who they claim to be), can remove the actual karma that causes our suffering for us. To do that would defy the energy of existence itself.

If we ‘do’ then we do so as an illusionary reality. Others can assist and inspire us in a way that might catalyse the most profound shifts, yet they cannot ‘remove’ the karma.

An Energy Worker can help clear the debris once we have broken through the karma ourselves. They can help you to the gate and perhaps even greet you at the other side, but no-one can walk through it for you.

Freewill and non-violation

  • Benevolence will often inspire a shift in perception, an insightful break through or even a miracle. It does so by inspiration.
  • It does not interfere.
  • It does not manipulate.
  • It sends out a frequency that touches the same resonance in others who are ready to awaken those aspects of themselves.

Benevolence does not ‘effort’ to awaken higher consciousness in people. It just does so by resonating outwards, fulfilling itself by its very existence. It is like a trusting that it will go exactly where it is invited.

True spiritual healing is the same. It does not seek to disempower another by manipulating their energy field. It often awakens a life changing moment of realisation, igniting a recalibration at an energetic and then cellular level.

It simply awakens that which was already in there waiting to be unleashed.

Co-creating together

It may already ‘be in there’, but it’s important to remember that we co-create together. It can be invaluable to have the support of another on the journey… especially one who can dance with the benevolent spiritual energy of the universe.

So, even if we have to walk through the gate ourselves, we need not be alone.
