Spiritual masters say that enlightenment can happen in an instant or like the blooming of a lotus flower. The same can be said of realizations, and learning.

As you read a book on any subject you will have moments that you stop reading just long enough to say “Ah ha!” or “Wow, that’s how that works” or “that’s why that happens!”

When you first look at a new math equation and it makes no sense, then later after you learn the process, you can look at the same equation again and you not only understand it you can solve it.

The point I am trying to make is this: There is a point where something is gained from any knowledge. First you are ignorant, and then you inquire, next you realize, now you have the power of that knowledge and can apply it to your world.

People will sell you courses and charge you thousands of dollars to beat around the bush and flush out the truth I am about to tell you.

I have used this method that consists of only 2 words to create anything I want usually within 24 hours if not instantly.

I have told these words to very few close friends, accompanied with the warning “Be careful what you wish for…”

There is only one guideline when using these key words and I will get to that immediately after I tell you what these words are.

All you have to do is know what you want to make this work.

I Command!

Then put it in this sentence: I Command – (Then just state whatever you want)

I know it sounds too simple. Your disbelief in this might actually aid in its power.

You remain detached from the outcome because it just sounds too easy “This couldn’t possibly work, I’ve tried everything” – your mind will say.

Good. What can it hurt to seriously give this a try?

“I Command” all day, everyday and I have come to realize the power I have over the outcome of my life. So have those I have told these words to through their own experiences with it.

Of course your mind may just dismiss the acquisition of your desires as coincidental. But does it really matter? After all you got what you wanted and never worried about how.

If you honestly begin to use this take into consideration that this command once made is not concerned about the how it will happen. The power will just take the shortest possible path to accomplishment.

All things great and small are possible when you use the words “I Command”, but whatever they are be prepared. Of course you can always change what you want if you realize it’s not what you thought it would be. It is never too late in this world and nothing is final.

The only thing constant in this world is change. You can either be conscious of your creating or dragged along oblivious to it.

There is only one rule.

One limitation and this is important if you truly want to apply this knowledge. “You cannot command something for or concerning someone else.”

Such as: “I command so-and-so to fall in love with me” instead use- “I command my true love to make himself known to me”

That’s it. These words are yet to fail and you can command anything within the realm of your imagination – nothing is impossible. All you have to do is command, and then look for the command to be fulfilled.

Now with everything I have noticed there is an evolution that happens after the “I Command” has proven itself to you. More and more all you have to do is clearly know what you want. Soon the verbal commands aren’t even necessary. I hope you have read something here that helps you. If you apply it be prepared to get what you want. Just be ready for the change.

1. Being Aware of Your Energy

You are all beings of energy. Everyone and everything is affected by your own energy. You all have energetic shields around you called your aura that affect others. Negative energy brings other people around you down while positive energy makes the people around you feel more happy go lucky. You will start to feel good and the positive energy will just flow. You will tend to want to be around the people with positive energy more because of how much they make you feel better about yourself.

2. Meditation

Meditation compliments Reiki because it balances your energy out. Just being able to quiet your mind and hear what the universe has to say allows you the ability to come to conclusions and realize that the answers are coming to you. All your ailments, diseases and colds for the most part start on the outside and seeps its way in. Meditation helps to rid your energy field of toxins. Once this happens your body will take that lead as well.

3. Know Your Own Chakras (7 major chakras)

Chakras are swirling energy and also your bodies energy center. There are 7 major chakras that start at your base and go to the crown of your head. They all deal with different areas of life. Clearing your chakras should be done on a regular basis.

  • Root Chakra (red) —Located at the base of your spine and represents your foundation. This is your survival issues such as financial independence, money, and food.
  • Sacral Chakra (orange) —Located in your lower abdomen, two inches below the naval. Your ability to accept others. This is your sense of well-being, pleasure, and sexuality.
  • Solar Plexus (yellow) —Located in your upper abdomen, two inches above the naval. Your ability to be in control of your life. This is your self-confidence, self-worth, and self-esteem.
  • Heart Chakra (green) —Located in the center of your chest just above the heart. Your ability to love. This is your love, joy, and inner peace.
  • Throat Chakra (light blue) —Located in your throat area. Your ability to communicate. This is your self-expression of feelings and the truth.
  • The Third Eye Chakra (Brow Chakra) (indigo) —Located directly between your two eyes. Your ability to focus on and see the big picture. This is your intuition, imagination, wisdom, and ability to think and make decisions.
  • Crown Chakra (violet) —Located directly on top of your head. The highest Chakra represents your ability to be fully connected spiritually. This is your inner and outer beauty, your connection to spirituality, and pure bliss.

4. Clearing Your Chakras

A light meditation to focus your mind into being in a calm and relaxed state. Clearing your chakras starts at the root and continues to the crown. Picture a vacuum cleaner sucking out all the “dirt” (your stress, worries, bad thoughts, etc). Hold this for a minute or two and picture your mind “dirty.” Mentally see your chakra, suck the “dirt” away, and then picture the color chakra (i.e. Root Chakra-red) you are trying to clear and blast your mind with the most vibrant bright color you can physically imagine. Now just picture your chakra whole and vibrant in color and you have just cleared your chakra.

5. Protecting Yourself From Other People’s Energy

How many times have you gone into a crowd of people at a mall and nothing happens but you still walk out frustrated and mad at the world? This is because you just walked into a group of people and you have unknowingly taken on everyone else’s frustrations and stress. Next time you are in a similar situation just image a shield of white light that will protect you from other people’s energies and you will not leave being angry.

6. Cutting Cords

Cords are simply all of your experiences throughout the day that impacts your energy and weighs you down. When you interact with people during the day you have a cord that connects between the two of you. When you are home at night chances are you will think about something you spoke about during that day. Cut your cords at night so when you release everything will be whole and complete again. You can do this by closing your eyes and picturing all the people that have affected your day (mostly negative) and cut the situational cord. For example, if you were at a mall you picture a mass of people and say to yourself this signifies the group of people I couldn’t handle today. Picture a cord from you to all these different people attached at the waist. It can be one or two cords or it can be thousands of them. Picture all your ropes and mentally take the biggest scissor and chop the cords! Some cords are stronger than others (i.e. your moms, boyfriends, and girlfriends). When they are all cut then allow yourself the opportunity to sit there and feel the solidarity and the freeness of all the people and the situations that impacted your life in a negative way that day.

7. THINK POSITIVE

This is the most important tip to being more in tune with your own energy. Mind over matter is a very powerful thing. “I think therefore I am” and “Don’t sweat the small stuff” are sayings that the average person does not truly understand. Fortunately, you can welcome the positive into your life as much as you can bring in the negative. Focus on thinking positive and good things will happen.

When your head hits the pillow, for many it’s lights out for the conscious part of you. But the cells firing in your brain are very much awake, sparking enough energy to produce the sometimes vivid and sometimes downright haunted dreams that take place during the rapid-eye-movement stage of your sleep.

Why do some people have nightmares while others really spend their nights in bliss? Like sleep,dreams are mysterious phenomena. But as scientists are able to probe deeper into our minds, they are finding some of those answers.

Here’s some of what we know about what goes on in dreamland.

1. Violent dreams can be a warning sign

As if nightmares weren’t bad enough, a rare sleep disorder — called REM sleep behavior disorder — causes people to act out their dreams, sometimes with violent thrashes, kicks and screams. Such violent dreams may be an early sign of brain disorders down the line, including Parkinson’s disease and dementia, according to research published online July 28, 2010, in the journal Neurology. The results suggest the incipient stages of theseneurodegenerative disordersmight begin decades before a person, or doctor, knows it.

2. Night owls have more nightmares

Staying up late has its perks, but whimsical dreaming is not one of them. Research published in 2011 in the journal Sleep and Biological Rhythms, revealed that night owls are more likely than their early-bird counterparts to experience nightmares.

In the study 264 university students rated how often they experienced nightmares on a scale from 0 to 4, never to always, respectively. The stay-up-late types scored, on average, a 2.10, compared with the morning types who averaged a 1.23. The researchers said the difference was a significant one, however, they aren’t sure what’s causing a link between sleep habits and nightmares. Among their ideas is the stress hormone cortisol, which peaks in the morning right before we wake up, a time when people are more prone to be in REM, or dream, sleep. 3. Men dream about sex

As in their wake hours, men also dream about sex more than women do. And comparing notes in the morning may not be a turn-on for either guys or gals, as women are more likely to have experienced nightmares, suggests doctoral research reported in 2009 by psychologist Jennie Parker of the University of the West of England.

She found women’s dreams/nightmares could be grouped into three categories: fearful dreams (being chased or having their life threatened); dreams involving the loss of a loved one; or confused dreams.

4. You can control your dreams

If you’re interested in lucid dreaming, you may want to take up video gaming. The link? Both represent alternate realities, said Jayne Gackenbach, a psychologist at Grant MacEwan University in Canada.

“If you’re spending hours a day in a virtual reality, if nothing else it’s practice,” Gackenbach told LiveScience in 2010. “Gamers are used to controlling their game environments, so that can translate into dreams.” Her past research has shown that people who frequently play video games are more likely than non-gamers to have lucid dreams where they view themselves from outside their bodies; they were also better able to influence their dream worlds, as if controlling a video-game character.

That level of control may also help gamers turn a bloodcurdling nightmare into a carefree dream, she found in a 2008 study. This ability could help war veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Gackenbach reasoned.

5. Why we dream

Scientists have long wondered why we dream, with answers ranging from Sigmund Freud’s idea that dreams fulfill our wishes to the speculation that these wistful journeys are just a side effect of rapid-eye-movement (REM) sleep. Turns out, at least part of the reason may be critical thinking, suggests Harvard psychologist Deirdre Barrett who presented her theory in 2010 at the Association for Psychological Science meeting in Boston.

Her research revealed that our slumbering hours may help us solve puzzles that have plagued us during daylight hours. The visual and often illogical aspects of dreams make them perfect for the out-of-the-box thinking that is necessary to solve some problems, she speculates.

So while dreams may have originally evolved for another purpose, they have likely been refined over time for multiple tasks, including helping the brain reboot and helping us solve problems, she said.
